Project Chhalaang, an initiative by ELMS Sports Foundation is seeking candidates for the position of Associate: Sports for Development Innovation Hub. The Innovation Hub at Kapadvanj, Gujarat is being run in a joint collaboration of Kapadvanj Kelavani Mandal and ELMS Sports Foundation. The candidate will be responsible for leading the innovative practices which the hub plans to work on, some of these are sports for children with disabilities, sports for early childhood groups, sports to develop life skills, sports for transformation fellowship, etc. The person will be reporting to Manager: Sports for Development Innovation Hub and will be closely working with the curriculum and product development team in the central office (New Delhi).

Roles and Responsibilities:
Innovation Hub:
- Innovating field practices of sport for children with disabilities. Develop literature based on existing knowledge and insights.
- Innovating field practices of sport for children in early grades. Develop literature based on existing knowledge and insights.
- Innovating field practices of life skills through sports. Develop literature based on existing knowledge and insights.
- Leading the program implementation of the Innovation Hub.
- Knowledge creation and Documentation of practices implemented, learnings, results, and reports.
Preferred qualifications, skills, and experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Education program implementation, content & product development.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably Education and/or sports domain.
- Experience playing team sports at a competitive level or sports coaching would be preferred.
- Proven communication skills in Hindi and English both written and oral will be preferred. Any other language proficiency will be an advantage.
Proposed compensation range:
- INR 5,00,000 to 6,00,000 per annum depending on the experience and expertise of the candidate.
