Role:

As the Head of Fundraising and Partnerships for Project Chhalaang, you will be at the forefront of driving our non-profit organization’s mission of empowering underprivileged communities through sports and education. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker who excels in creating and nurturing partnerships, and who is adept at unlocking diverse funding channels to support our initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the planning and execution of comprehensive fundraising and partnership strategies aligned with Project Chhalaang’s goals.
  2. Identify, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including corporations, foundations, government agencies, and other relevant organizations.
  3. Develop and implement innovative fundraising initiatives, exploring new revenue streams and enhancing existing ones.
  4. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of fundraising and partnership professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  5. Engage and steward major donors, ensuring their ongoing commitment and support through effective communication and relationship-building strategies.
  6. Oversee the grant process, from identifying opportunities to proposal submission and compliance with grant requirements.
  7. Conceptualize and execute high-impact fundraising events, leveraging them to build relationships and increase funding.
  8. Manage the fundraising budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and transparent reporting to stakeholders.
  9. Stay abreast of market trends in fundraising and partnerships, adapting strategies to maximize opportunities and mitigate risks.

Act as a key spokesperson for Project Chhalaang in various forums, advocating for the organization’s mission and building its profile.
