  1. Sports Development:
    1. Education Qualification: Graduate/ MBA degree/ PGDM preferably with sports management diploma/ degree
    2. Work Experience: At least 08 years of relevant experience in Sports Projects/ Sports advisory, with experience of working with Government organisations
    3. Broad Job Description: project management support, grassroots sports development, athlete development pathways, benchmarking, research and analysis, etc.
  2. Digital Transformation:
    1. Education Qualification: B. Tech. in Computer Science/ Information Technology
    2. Work Experience: 08 years of relevant experience in Developing Integrated Portals, Data analysis, dashboards, business process re-engineering while working preferably with Sports Projects/ Sports PMUs in State/Central Government
    3. Broad Job Description: As-is assessment, analysing to-be state, stakeholder consultations, future roadmap along with financial implications, innovative ideas and concepts, MIS, dashboards, user matrix, process flow, FRS/SRS document, etc.
  3. Strategy & Planning:
    1. Education Qualification: Post Graduate/MBA degree /PGDM preferably with sports management diploma/ degree
    2. Work Experience: At least 06 years of relevant experience in Sports Projects/ Sports advisory, with experience of working with Government organizations
    3. Broad Job Description: Long-term athlete development pathway, qualification benchmarks and criteria, analysing required support and infrastructure, capacity building plan, stakeholder management, strategic planning, long-term vision, etc.
