Resource Mobilization:

1. Education Qualification: MBA/ PGDM or equivalent
2. Work Experience: At least 06 years of relevant experience in funds raising/ sponsorship/ CSR partnership in sports field, sports marketing agencies/ leagues.
3. Broad Job Description: Study present fundraising landscape in sports, identify potential source of funds, fundraising plan, sponsorship proposal, approach plan to tap corporate partnerships, M&E framework, status reports, utilisation status, etc.

Project Lead:

1. Education Qualification: Graduate degree in sports management. Preferably with an MBA/ PGDM degree
2. Work Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience in Sports Projects/ Sports advisory, with experience of working with Government organisations
3. Broad Job Description: overall coordination with various stakeholders, assist in creating and maintaining central evaluation and monitoring system, Talent identification & development policy, project implementation & management, Government liaison, strategic interventions, policy framework, etc.
